About

The Wild Bean in Penacook

The Route 3 Art Trail is designed to encourage people to participate in and enjoy local art, artists and creative events along the Route 3 corridor between Concord, Penacook, Boscawen and Franklin. The idea was conceived by local artist and Twiggs Gallery owner Adele Sanborn, who pitched the idea of creating an arts corridor along Route 3. The inaugural tour event held fall of 2020 was a success, despite the restrictions created by the COVID-19 pandemic. And so…an annual event was born!

This year, the driving art tour event will be held on Saturday, November 4 from 10 – 3 and will include many locations with art exhibits, open studios, artist demonstrations, family friendly events, a free raffle, an outdoor art tour and other goodies along the trail. Download your map, start on either end of the tour and make a day of it!
